One of the practices of meditation is Loving- Kindness Meditation (Metta)

Loving -Kindness Meditation (Metta) focuses on cultivating feelings of love and compassion,

practitioners mentally send positive and loving energy to themselves,loved ones,acquaontances, and even those they have a conflict with.

This practice enhances feelings of empathy, love, and forgiveness.

I also do this when I've behaved badly while driving my car, or i have judged someone else in their vehicle. It's a good reminder that I can change my mind and state of consciousness

any time i choose.
